Manager of Consulting Services
Traci Anderson serves as Goldstone Consulting Group’s Manager of Consulting Services. Although a first in Site Selection, Traci is no stranger to Economic Development and Site Selection. With over a decade and a half of working in Economic Development, Traci has brought in over a half a billion dollars in capital investments, created organizations from ground zero, established programs for the betterment of organizations and communities, and worked with developers and businesses on site locations. In her role with Goldstone, Traci works to find locations for expanding companies, provides support to our clients in North America and Europe, and builds relationships with community partners in order to find the best ways to assist their continued growth.
Prior to coming on at Goldstone Consulting Group, Anderson ran three economic development organizations, ran her own consulting firm, was Assistant Director in one of the fastest growing Central Texas communities, and managed Business Retention and Expansion for a Texas community that just won a $17 billion Samsung Semiconductor expansion (a site she originally helped put together for Tesla back in 2014).
Anderson currently sits on the IEDC Education and Certification Advisory Committee. Her most recent Board/Commission seats were: Buda Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Ex-Officio Member; Small Business Task Force, appointed by Buda Mayor Haehn to serve on a Task Force to help re-open Buda after COVID; Hays County Emergency Cash Assistance Program (ECAP) Awards Committee, appointed by the Hays County Commissioner’s Court; City of Buda Incentive Task Force, appointed by then Buda City Manager; Capital Area Economic Development District Board (CAPCOG), Member; Dupre Local Government Council (TIRZ) Board, Board Member.
Ms. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology and wanted to go into law after graduation, but landed her first economic development job prior to attending law school and the rest is history. Anderson earned her Certified Economic Developer Certification through the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in December 2015 and her Master Economic Development Practitioner Certification through the Advanced Economic Development Leadership Program with The University of Alabama in November 2021.
